WHAT: Friday evening: 7-round FIDE/CFC Rated Blitz (3 mins + 2 secs/move increment), Saturday: 7-round FIDE/CFC Rated Rapid (15 mins + 10 secs/move increment)
WHERE: Holiday Inn Toronto Downtown Centre (30 Carlton St., Toronto @ College Station)
RATINGS: CFC Quick and FIDE Blitz rated on Friday. CFC Quick and FIDE Rapid rated on Saturday. All players must have a valid CFC / USCF membership to play.
ROUND TIMES:  
Friday: 5:30 pm, 5:50 pm, 6:10 pm, 6:30 pm, 6:50 pm, 7:10 pm, 7:30 pm (round times for round 2 onwards are approximate - rounds begin ASAP)
Saturday: 10:00 am, 11:00 am, 12:00 pm, 1 pm lunch break, 2:00 pm, 3:00 pm, 4:00 pm, 5:00 pm
SECTIONS: Open, U1500, U1300, U1100 (based on the highest of each player’s FIDE/CFC/USCF rating; subject to change based on registration numbers)
- $20 fee to play up one section
EQUIPMENT: All chess equipment will be provided.
PRIZES: Top 3 medals for each section plus one large trophy for the winning city
CAPACITY: 250 players
ENTRY FEES: $100+HST CAD until June 1st / $120+HST last call June 18th

US Federation members must have a FIDE ID to register. They can request one from the USCF for free here.
